According to the
regulations of Contract Law of the People’s
Republic of China

and other
relevant laws and regulations, the buyer and the seller reached the following
agreement on the sale of a commercial house based on the principles of fairness,
voluntariness and consensus:

 

Article 1 Basis for the Construction of the Project.

The seller obtained the land use right of the plot, with the plot No.: 3-5-(50)-CHU

, located at West Yujiaqiao
Community, Xiacheng District
by means of granting. The [Contract No.
of the Transferred Land Use Right] [Certificate No. of Land Use Right] [Document

Article 2 Basis for Sales of the Commercial Housing.

housing the buyer purchases is a completed housing. The organ approving the

Article 3 Basic Information of the Commercial Housing
Purchased by the Buyer.

The commercial
housing purchased by the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the commercial
housing. See the housing plan in appendix I herein. The commercial housing No. is
subjected to the description on appendix I) is as follows as described in
Article 1 of this contract:
